In a career span of more than 19 years, Dr. Himanshi Tiwari has worked as a consultant in the social sector and has handled monitoring and evaluation programs for World Bank, Oxfam & Care India. She was also a member of the team which prepared training modules for CAPART (Council for Advancement of People's Action and Rural Technology) and the JFM (Joint Forest Management) project for the Forest Department, Lucknow.
She has been a visiting faculty with the University of Lucknow to teach courses in MHRM & IR, Department of Social Work. She has been a resource person for executive training programs for organizations like NTPC, IFFCO, NBCC, UCO Bank, Power Grid, Hindustan Times and BFIN Nepal etc.
Dr. Kamal Piyush is an accomplished and dynamic leader in the Hospitality and academic management sector, with over three decades of experience as a successful business contributor and leader. He has held various prestigious positions including Director -RIG Institute of Hospitality and Management Greater Noida and Chandigarh College of Hospitality, Dean - SGT University Gurgaon and IEC Group of Institutions to name a few. He has been associated with the Ashok Group of Hotels and ITDC as a General Manager and has authored many books based on the curriculum of National Council for Hotel Management.
Major Aarti is a self-motivated, certified soft skills training professional with the additional skill set of being a graphologist, counselor, and life coach with a decade of experience in learning and development. Major Tiwari passed "Train the Trainer" by NABET.
She is an Electrical Engineering graduate with a master's degree in HR and a short span of service in the Indian Army as well.

Deepak completed his MBA in Tourism & Hospitality Management followed by Financial Risk Management from IIM Kozhikode . He has hands on experience in working with UK & USA based MNCs & Funding Company with the exposure at Senior Management level positioned as GM Finance, Director of Finance, Area Director of Finance and Portfolio Director of Finance & Business Support.
