The Black Commonwealth Labor Alliance (BCLA) is a faith-​based nonprofit public charity organization. Established in 2022 ​in the city of Minneapolis, BCLA's mission is to address the ​multifaceted issues of poverty affecting inner-city Black ​communities throughout America... BCLA is committed to promoting Black business and community ​development through its educational initiatives for both adults ​and youth. As Global Executive Director Tom Lyon emphasizes, ​'We aspire to create a replicable model here in Minneapolis, ​one that can serve as a beacon of hope across the nation. By ​forging strategic partnerships, we aim to catalyze a ​transformative movement that will undeniably alleviate the ​challenges faced by thousands.'"...
