Ms Richards is the Chief Engineer at Biomed Consulting, CEO of JAKTOOL, and co-investigator on an NIH_NIAMS-SBIR grant. She has more than 20 years of experience in the medical device industry leading cross functional teams of engineers, regulatory, quality, manufacturing and operations personnel to meet strategic organizational objectives. Serving first as Engineer, in positions of increasing authority and oversight, she gained intimate understanding of design, development and sourcing needs to successfully bring products to market. She also served as Product Development Engineering Manager for Osteotech and Principal Sourcing Engineer for Medtronic Spine and Biologics. In her free time, she co-chairs the Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Mentorship Program at Rutgers University.

She serves as Principal Investigator on an NIH-NIAMS-SBIR research grant, collaborating with Hospital for Special Surgery, developed and led a Medical Engineering Research Group, 3 state-of the-art laboratories, a BS Medical Engineering program, an MS Engineering Management program, and 20+ courses. She has 35+ peer-reviewed papers, 7 book chapters, 2 patents and given 100+ conference presentations, including a TEDx talk. Her skillset includes engineering, machine learning, artificial intelligence, business strategy and financial planning. As a registered Financial Advisor, Rajshree also helps healthcare professionals, academics and small companies protect and grow their wealth while minimizing their risks and tax exposures.
Dr Howard Hillstrom has 30+ years of experience directing biomedical engineering research groups and motion analysis laboratories, serving as Director of the Motion Analysis Laboratory at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine, and Senior Director of the Leon Root, MD, Motion Analysis. Dr Howard Hillstrom has a strong background in the biomechanics of human movement with special interest in lower extremity structure and function as related to the onset, progression and treatment of osteoarthritis. He served as Principal and Co-Investigator on several NIH and NSF research grants, conducted over 90+ funded neuromusculoskeletal studies, and has 115+ peer-reviewed papers, 10+ book chapters and is co-inventor of 5 patents
