BK PATTERSON BUILDERS - Key Persons
Brent started BK Patterson in 1989 with a small crew of 3 builders (some of which are still working for us today). Brent now plays a pivotal background role at BK Patterson, managing our extensive growing fleet, the maintenance of our office and yard, and the management of the BK Patterson Earthworks division of the business. His expertise and pure hands-on experience are still heavily relied upon and valued by our apprentices and clients.
Steve has a practical and hands on approach to his job. He visits all our sites on a daily basis ensuring the projects are running safely and efficiently and that our quality is upheld. Steve also runs the commercial side of the business and manages all our interior fit-outs. This was a natural progression in his career after being on the tools in a lead hand role at BK and his previous experience as a Contracts Manager for a suspended ceiling company.
Zoe is the driving force behind the scenes, keeping all the paperwork in check. With a background in HR and real estate, she now has over 6 years' experience in the construction industry. Being able to dive into all the different systems and coordinate throughout the process, as well as getting into the finer details with the end-users; these are values she brings to construction. Always looking to create efficiencies through process and procedures she is also the one driving a positive culture within the business focusing on our people
