Dr. Mariam Khan is a Periodontist who cherishes building relationships with patients while helping them achieve their oral health goals. Her main objective is to provide high-quality, evidence-based dentistry. Dr. Khan is an expert in preventing, diagnosing, and treating gum and bone disease. She offers both surgical and non-surgical options to treat gum disease, she is trained with LANAP and LAPIP protocols.
A native of Mumbai, India, Dr. Khan earned her periodontics degree at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine along with a fellowship in periodontics and restorative dentistry. She graduated with a Master of Dental Surgery in Oral Biology degree. Dr. Khan completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery at University of Detroit Mercy Dental and has a former teaching experience at the same school.
Dr. Khan is a member of American Academy of Periodontology, American Board of Periodontology and American Academy of Implant Dentistry.
When she isn't caring for patients, Dr. Khan enjoys yoga, Pilates, exploring new restaurants, traveling, hiking, and reading.
Dr. Oz was born in Boston while his parents were studying in Massachusetts to become specialists in the dental field. His parents moved to London and then Pakistan where he finished his education and followed in his parents footsteps to earn a Bachelors in Dental Surgery (B.D.S.) in 2006 at age 21.
Dr. Shriya Kulkarni holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree, a Masters in Dental Science, and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. She is a board-certified Prosthodontist - a specialist with advanced training in the esthetic restoration and replacement of teeth. Dr. Kulkarni's expertise is in restoring optimum appearance and function to her patients' smiles.
She is thrilled to join the clinical team as a prosthodontist at North Andover Dental Partners. Dr. Kulkarni has been passionate about dentistry ever since she was ten years old and watched her parents, both of whom are dentists, change their patients' lives. Born and raised in Mumbai, India, she can speak English, Hindi, and Marathi. In her spare time, she likes to read, write, hike, and travel.

Jenny Burkmier is thrilled to be joining North Andover Dental Partners. Originally from Ohio, she owes her passion for the dental field to her own positive experiences growing up, and hopes to provide the same compassionate and educational experience for others. Having graduated from Mount Wachusett Community College with an Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene, she looks forward to getting to know her patients and becoming part of their dental journey. For Jenny, personalized and attentive care is the key to building relationships with patients, which means taking the time to listen to their needs and creating individualized at-home oral care routines.
In her spare time, Jenny enjoys gardening, skiing, and enjoying life outdoors. She also always makes time to learn new things whenever she can.

Katie has loved going to the dentist even as a kid and wished to offer patients the positive experience she's been lucky to have as a kid. She followed her passion and completed training as a certified dental assistant at North Shore Community College and hasn't looked back since.
Katie strives to create a comfortable and relaxed environment for her patients so that they can have as positive an experience at the dentist as she did growing up.
Katie finds her work as a dental assistant at North Andover Dental Partners very rewarding. One of her favorite aspects of working as a dental assistant, is the ability to give patients the confidence to smile again.
When she isn't at North Andover Dental Partners helping patients, Katie spends time with her cat, reading DC comic books, watching Marvel Universe movies, creating art, exercising and spending time outdoors.

Katty Hernandez always knew that she wanted to help and take care of people. Since becoming a dental assistant, she has been able to carry out this dream by interacting and building relationships with her patients. Furthermore, being able to educate patients on oral health has been a fulfilling part of the job.
Originally from the Dominican Republic, she currently resides in Lawrence, MA, where she enjoys reading, cooking, and walking in the park in her spare time. In addition to having been trained in CPR and OSHA, she is also fluent in Spanish.

Even at a young age Madona was interested in dentistry. Unlike most children her age, she actually enjoyed going to the dentist. But it wasn't until completing her Medical Assistant training that she realized she wanted to work in the dental field.
Madona finds the work at North Andover Dental Partners very rewarding since she gets to know the patients and their families on a personal level, developing connection that last over the years. She also enjoys being involved in the process of empowering people to be confident in their smiles.
Working at North Andover Dental Partners has been very enjoyable for Madona. The team members are always supporting each other, creating an almost familial bond and working environment.
When she's not at work she loves spending time with her family, dancing, reading, and traveling (especially to Puerto Rico).
Madona is fluent in Spanish.

Maria became interested in the dental field as a teenager, since both of her sisters were working in dentistry at the time. She decided to explore her interest in dentistry by interning at a dental office in the 12th grade. During the internship she developed so much respect for dentistry that she decided to make a career out of it.
Maria recognizes the impact her work has on patients' lives on a daily basis. Watching patients go through a journey of transformation as they achieve their dental goals, brings her a lot of joy.
It's not just the patients' journeys that giver her joy, however. Maria enjoys the team dynamic at North Andover Dental Partners and how everyone in the practice works tirelessly together to help patients achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Maria gets a chance to expresses her creative self through a variety of craft projects including painting, sewing, embroidery, and general DIY. She also loves trying new recipes, reading and writing.
