Adrian has been a Senior Advisor to Trinnovo Group and Broadgate for many years. He has enjoyed a 40+ year career, including:

European IT Director of a global insurer;
Governance and Risk Technical Specialist with the UK Financial Services Authority (FSA) and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA);
Group Customer Director for Lloyds Banking Group; and
Fintech supervisor for the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA).
Nowadays, Adrian brings his lengthy career experience to bear, advising well-known companies and financial services firms as a board effectiveness reviewer and trainer, executive coach, and mentor (often to Company Chairs, CEOs, and other board members). Adrian works closely with Broadgate and Trinnovo Group recruiters on C-suite and INED searches.

Alex started in recruitment in 2010 after studying Business & Marketing at Sheffield Hallam University. The first 10 years of Alex's recruitment career was spent in sales and leadership roles before moving from Trust in SODA to our group Learning and Development function. Since then he has brought together our Talent Acquisition, PeopleOps, HR & Learning, Development & Performance teams into a broader Talent, People and Performance team.

Connor Nurse has been making meaningful connections as a specialist Risk and Finance recruiter for over six years. After joining Broadgage back in 2018, he built a varied portfolio expanding across buy and sell-side firms throughout the UK. After a successful three years spent developing a community-led talent network, Connor relocated to Boston to build out Broadgate's US presence on the East Coast as a committed team leader.
Connor focuses on mid to senior and board-level appointments in Risk, Compliance, Financial Crime, and Fraud. Through his consultative approach to recruitment, Connor enjoys building bespoke talent solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients across the US financial services space, ranging from Tier 1 banks to Series A startups.

Dan is an Industry-leading recruitment and outcome delivery professional. He has over six years of experience in providing interim solutions and outcome-based solutions for clients within the financial services industry. Dan has a 1st class honours in Economics and is currently embarking on a Human Capital MBA with Cranfield University. By leveraging a vast network of contractors and a creative approach to building simple solutions to complex challenges, Dan has been able to provide numerous solutions to clients all over the globe.

Darren is a Principal Recruitment Consultant working in Broadgate's Dublin office, where he specialises in Compliance and Financial Crime.
Darren is originally from Dublin but now lives in Wicklow with a stop in Sligo along the way. He came from a background in customer service, having worked in various call centres for a number of years. Darren also has a passion for sports, music and food. If he's not watching sports, he'll most likely be listening to music and baking/cooking.
David focuses on placing mid to senior-level Accountancy candidates across the Irish Commerce and Industry market.
David graduated with a degree in Human Resources in 2018 and has since gained over 3.5 years of valuable experience in the field of Accountancy recruitment. His expertise lies in the Accounting and Finance market in Dublin, where he has successfully managed recruitment processes for clients across practice, financial services, and industry.
Elliott Snowball leads the Fund Administration and Operations team here at Broadgate, where he focuses on senior-level appointments for middle and back-office positions throughout investment management and financial services. Elliott's team partners with a diverse range of clients throughout the UK, Switzerland, Germany, and Luxembourg.
Elliott specialises in hiring for the alternative investment space, operations, and business development, where he enjoys helping innovative leaders build defensible, dependable functions.
After earning a first-class degree in Economics from Bristol University, Elliott spent three years working as an Accounting and Finance recruiter, focusing on a wide variety of sectors. In 2021, he joined Broadgate to pursue his interest in the Financial Services sector.

Gareth manages the UK & EU permanent teams, covering Accounting & Finance, Fund Accounting & Operations, Governance, Risk, Compliance & Legal. Gareth established the A&F team, before moving into a management oversight role.
Gareth has a degree in Ancient and Medieval History from Birmingham University. He also has an excellent sports record - Gareth has played cricket for England schoolboys and academy-level football at Tottenham Hotspur. He started with Broadgate in 2017 after four years in recruitment. He is the account manager for several of our most prestigious financial services clients.
