Managing Director, Jon Manzoni, has worked for over 20 years within the adult social care, health and housing sectors. Jon gained a wealth of knowledge at senior management level and was successful in setting up and managing Local Authority Trading companies. He is passionate about delivering services which make a real difference, and aims to provide care which has a positive impact on local communities.

Luke Baldock has had a long career in hospital and care home management.
He is a strong advocate for both quality care services and excellent staff development opportunities.
Chairman, Peter Little, was previously a CEO within the telecoms industry. With over 30 years' experience at Board level, Peter has been involved with business start-ups and turnarounds. Peter was successful in running his own consultancy company and was a non-executive director with North Essex Partnership NHS Foundation trust, and Southend University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Sharon's career within the public sector spans over 30-years, in health, social and housing care settings; in both operational and strategic leadership roles. A qualified executive coach and mediator, Sharon is a social worker by profession. Working to introduce robotic and technological solutions in social care, Sharon was shortlisted for the 2018 MJ Awards in the Digital Innovation Category. In addition to her role as Non-Executive Director, Sharon is Executive Director of Adult Health and Social Care at the Royal Borough of Kingston-upon-Thames.
Over 20 years, Stephen has gained experience in executive and senior management roles within health, social care and provider services. He has developed and led management teams across a wide range of services for people. Stephen has extensive experience in progressing the transformation agenda, notably with Buckinghamshire County Council's Local Authority and most recently with London Boroughs Social Care Market Alternatives Agenda.
