"Agreement": Refers to this Services Agreement, which contains the complete terms and conditions which govern the purchase of all website development services/products provided by BTmedia... If a Client purchases a Service from the Service Provider., then the Client will be deemed to have satisfied themselves as to the terms applying and have accepted these terms and conditions in full. It is not necessary for the Client to have signed an acceptance of these terms and conditions for them to apply.
