Dominic Hardisty

Dominic is the Chief Executive of Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust and has worked previously as the Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Chief Executive at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. With an MBA from Harvard Business School, Dominic has over 20 years' leadership experience, leading teams to transform services across acute, community, mental health and children's/young people's pathways. Dominic has led responses to CQC inspections and formation of partnerships across primary, acute, community and social care.

Dr Amanda Webb

  • ICB As Chief Medical Officer
Amanda joined the ICB as Chief Medical Officer having previously served as the CCG Clinical Chair for Swindon in BSW CCG. She is dedicated to improving population health and wellbeing, and to addressing the inequities in health, but also in life opportunity for the people of BSW. Amanda has a particular interest in workforce retention, founding and now directing the national Phoenix GP career development programme. Having qualified from Oxford University in 2006 she trained in both Paediatrics and General Practice, and continues to practise as a frontline GP in Highworth. Her previous roles include PCN Clinical Director, CCG Governing Body member and Medical Judge for HM Courts & Tribunals Service.

Dr Claire Feehily

Job Titles:

Dr Feehily is a qualified accountant, holds an MBA and has particular expertise in financial and risk governance and in helping organisations to engage properly with those who use services and learn from what they say. She is currently a Non-Executive Director at Gloucestershire Hospitals Trust and a member of the Board of the National Lottery Heritage Fund. She has previously been Chair of Healthwatch Gloucestershire.

Dr Francis Campbell

Francis has been a GP partner in Swindon at the Elm Tree Surgery since 2015. He served as the Swindon Locality Healthcare Professional for the former BSW Clinical Commissioning Group and was a Governing Body member of Swindon CCG prior to this. A Bristol University graduate, Francis completed his GP training and hospital placements in Swindon. Francis is a GP trainer and Clinical Director for his Primary Care Network.

Gary Heneage

Gary joins BSW Integrated Care Board from NHS England, where he was Interim Director of Operational Finance leading on the CCG closedown and ICB establishment for the South West regional team. He has experience in both the public and private sector with more than 10 years at Board level and has held roles at Chief Finance Officer level in both sectors. Gary was the Chief Finance Officer of Buckinghamshire Integrated Care Board. Prior to this, his experience includes finance roles in commissioning, ranging from health and justice to primary care services, working closely with local authorities and within both the South East and South West regional teams of NHS England.

Gill May

Job Titles:

Gill is Chief Nurse for BSW ICB and was previously Director of Nursing and Quality for BSW CCG and has had numerous executive nurse roles since moving into commissioning in 2004.Gill has more than 30 years of experience within the NHS and has worked in both acute (hospital) and community environments.

Julian Kirby

Julian is a Wiltshire resident and was the Governing Body Lay Member for Patient and Public Engagement for BSW CCG from 2018 to 2022. Previously he was a Police Officer in the Wiltshire Constabulary, fulfilling many senior roles including Divisional Commander. In 2010 he was appointed Assistant Chief Constable of South Wales Police, one of the largest and busiest police forces in the country. On retiring from policing in 2014 he joined Age UK Salisbury as CEO where he was responsible for merging that charity with Age UK Wiltshire & Swindon in 2016 and leading the new organisation until 2020.

Pam Webb

  • CEO of Voluntary Action Swindon
Pam is currently CEO of Voluntary Action Swindon (VAS), the infrastructure charity supporting the local voluntary sector. She has worked closely with her infrastructure colleagues in BaNES and Wiltshire since she took on this role in 2019. Previously she was head of the Zurich Community Trust, the UK Corporate Foundation for Zurich Insurance in the UK. Pam has a broad range of experience of the Voluntary Sector through her previous role as a strategic funder, her role on the Board of the Association of Charitable Foundations for 6 years and her current role leading VAS. She is passionate about the vital role the voluntary sector plays and can play, in delivering important preventative services as part of an Integrated Care System, and looks forward to championing the sector on the Board.

Paul Miller

Paul joins us from Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust where he was a Board member from 2018 to 2022. His experience spans 23 years as an executive director in a wide variety of large and complex organisations, including five years and Chief Executive in both Wales and England and 16 years as a director of finance in specialist regional, mental health and acute organisations. These roles covered finance, strategy, organisational leadership and successful working at a very senior level in a wide variety of health systems.

Stacey Hunter

Job Titles:

Stacey is an experienced NHS Board Director with over 34 years' experience working in the NHS and a decade operating in Chief Executive, Chief Operating Officer, Divisional Director and Executive System Transformation roles. She has spent time working in large scale teaching hospitals, an integrated acute and community trust and is passionate about reducing the inequalities patients experience in respect of their access, experience and outcomes of care. A nurse by background, Stacey spent several years working in clinical leadership roles before expanding her experience in general management. She has invested in her leadership development having undertaken the NHS Leadership Academy Aspiring CEO programme and is keen to develop an inclusive culture that develops clinical and operational leaders to seek to continuously improve their services. Stacey is the CEO of Salisbury Foundation Trust.

Stephanie Elsy

Stephanie has been Independent Chair of the BSW Partnership since November 2019 and has worked in the delivery of public services for over 30 years. She was a CEO in the charity sector for 15 years managing community and residential services for people recovering from substance misuse, people with disabilities and people living with HIV and AIDS. She then entered local politics as a Councillor in the London Borough of Southwark in 1995, becoming Chair of Education in 1998 and then Leader of the Council in 1999.

Sue Harriman

Sue was Chief Executive of Solent NHS Trust from 2014 and in February 2021 completed a 6-month secondment as Chief Operating Officer for the national Covid vaccination deployment programme. With more than 16 years clinical experience gained from working as a nurse in the Royal Navy, Sue joined the NHS in 2002 as a nurse consultant in infection prevention. In more recent years, Sue has held various executive roles within NHS, including as a Director of Nursing and Allied Health Professions, Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director before becoming Chief Executive at Solent NHS Trust.

Susie Kemp

Susie has worked as Chief Executive at Swindon Borough Council since 2018. She previously spent time at Barnet Council as Director of Strategy, Customer Services and Transformation and, prior to that, as Assistant Chief Executive at Surrey County Council.

Suzannah Power

Suzannah has many years' Board level experience. She started her career in political research and has since worked in marketing, customer research and international education. She has been an advisor on seven NICE Guideline Development Groups, a member of the British Heart Foundation (BHF) Council and is a current member of the BHF Data Science Centre CVD-COVID UK Approvals and Oversight Board. Her NHS experience includes roles in acute trusts, community trusts and commissioning organisations. She was previously Deputy Chair and Lay Member for Primary Care Commissioning at BSW CCG.

Terence Herbert

Terence has worked as Chief Executive of Wiltshire Council since 2020 having joined as Head of Service for Safeguarding, and previously held the role of Director of Children's Services. A qualified social worker, Terence brings over 25 years of local government experience, having worked for the London Borough of Lewisham, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, and North Somerset Council.

Will Godfrey

Will has extensive experience of working at a senior level with UK and Welsh Governments. Prior to his post as Chief Executive of Bath & North East Somerset Council , he was Chief Executive at Newport City Council. He has also worked as a Strategic Director at Bristol City Council and Chief Executive of East Hampshire District Council.
