Bunrootis' focus has been on the industrial sector through it's involvement in projects across the development arc. Our firm has a demonstrated history of acquiring, developing / redeveloping and managing industrial assets primarily in the Southeast and Central US... We have worked as an advisor and consultant to investment entities acquiring assets and managing industrial assets for our own portfolio and as a third party manager... In addition to our work in the industrial sector, Bunrootis has developed and managed six mitigation banks in West Virginia and Virginia - overseeing the the construction of approximately ten miles of streams and 100 acres of wetlands. This work has created an understanding of the nuances required to work with the US Army Corps of Engineers and state agencies on permitting issues.
