Ashley earned her Iowa real estate license in August of 2011 and has been part of the mentoring program offered by CENTURY 21 ProLink. Ashley is Jim Gergeni's Licensed Personal Assistant and works along with Jim to assist Buyers and Sellers in the home finding and selling process. Brad Bergstrom was born and raised in Mallard, IA and graduated from Mallard Community School in 1984. After graduation, Brad moved to Sioux City and attended Briar Cliff College. While attending college, he worked at a discount lumber outlet, where he acquired knowledge about building and materials. In 1991, he graduated from Briar Cliff. Since graduation, he has held technical, marketing and management positions at Marian Health Center, Sam's Club, Western States Manufacturing and O'Reilly Auto Parts.
In 1993, he started working in property management, overseeing B&H properties and started focusing on getting his real estate license. He has now been selling real estate for several years and owns and manages several investment properties.

Born and raised in Mexico, Chon came to the US at just fifteen years old with the desire to learn English and have a successful career. He enrolled in South Sioux City High School upon arriving, determined to learn the new language quickly. In 2013, he graduated and moved to Wayne, NE, pursuing a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Interior Design.
A change in fate brought Chon back to Siouxland. His abilities to make everyone feel welcomed and comfortable through customer service led him to apply at Wells Fargo as a Teller. He was later promoted to Banker. During his career in banking, Chon was able to acquire a variety of financial skills, which he passed on to his customers and continues to do so for his clients. Being bilingual, he was able to regularly assist customers with various backgrounds, making them feel secure and confident. In 2020, he decided to leave banking behind and give his lifelong dream of becoming a realtor a chance.
Joining the CENTURY 21 ProLink team, Chon has made it a goal to connect with every single one of his clients at a personal level. He understands the struggles language barriers can present and wishes to alleviate them for the people in the Siouxland community. Dave is an Iowa boy, born and raised. He grew up in Rock Rapids in Northwest. Dave is married and has two great kids. He loves being active in the Siouxland community and helping it become a better place.
Dave started his sales career right here in Sioux City managing Tip Top Tux. He had a passion for helping people look great for their big day. He then worked for two Hilton properties. He knew he had to funnel the satisfaction he received from helping others and channel it into real estate. He now enjoys having the opportunity to help people with the biggest investment in their life. He prides himself in keeping excellent communication and relieving any stressors that can transpire. Dustin has been a REALTOR® since November 2005, where he specializes in all types of real estate in the Ireton, Hawarden, and surrounding communities. He graduated from Southeast Technical Institute in 2002 with an Associate's Degree in Business Administration. Dustin is a member of the Northwest Iowa Regional Board of Realtors as well as the National and Iowa Association of Realtors. He serves as the President of the Ireton Summer Recreation Board, Member of the Ireton Zoning Committee and Hawarden Economic Development as well as many other community boards and volunteer projects. He also served on the Northwest Iowa Regional Board of Realtors as a Director and was President of the Ireton Booster Club for over a decade. For Dustin, the most rewarding and pleasing part of being a realtor is helping people achieve their dream of owning real estate and helping find houses that become homes. Dustin is married to Rachael and they have three children. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as playing, coaching, and watching sports.

Jess later found herself home in the Sioux City community that she loves, excited to use her education and experience in assisting clients in all their buying and selling needs.
