C-STARS

At C-STARS, we strive to help people work through the stressful and overwhelming experiences that we all go through. There are times when the coping skills don't work as well as we want and we feel lost in the fray. Our therapists work with individuals and families to provide space for people to explore their narrative and help to develop coping skills and find the path forward... We provide a full range of psychological services, including: individual, family, and couples therapy;support during transitions and interpersonal struggles; and outpatient treatment programs for PTSD, substance abuse and chemical dependency, sexual trauma recovery, and much more.
