Beth Williamson joined Calamos Investments in 2021 and contributes 20 years of ESG investment experience. Prior to joining Calamos, Beth worked at Trillium Asset Management, rising to the position of Director of ESG with responsibilities for developing and implementing ESG research methodologies, overseeing corporate engagement efforts and the firm's ESG materiality framework. Previously, she was a Sustainability Analyst for Portfolio 21 Investments. She began her career as a Shareholder Advocate at Green Century Capital Management. Beth earned a BS degree in Environmental Science from the University of Vermont and an MS degree in Sustainable International Development from Brandeis University.

Brandon M. Nelson - SVP

Senior Portfolio Manager Brandon M. Nelson is responsible for the portfolio management of our small-and smid-cap growth strategies. He draws upon more than 25 years of experience in small-and smid-cap growth equity investing, utilizing the same philosophy and process employed by Calamos Timpani Small Cap Growth Fund today. He is also a member of the Calamos Investment Committee, which is charged with providinga top-down framework, maintaining oversight of risk and performance metrics, and evaluating investment process. Brandon joined Calamos Investments following its 2019 acquisition of Timpani Capital Management, the company he co-founded in 2008, where he served as Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager of the Timpani strategies since inception. Previously, he was a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at Wells Capital Management since 2005. Prior to that, Brandon was with Strong Capital Management, Inc. as a Research Analyst from 1996 to 2000 and as a Portfolio Manager from 2000 to 2005. He received his master's degree in Finance from theUniversity of Wisconsin-Madison and was selected to participate in the prestigious Applied Security Analysis Program. He also received his BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Christian Brobst

Dan Dufresne leads trading, IT, operations, marketing, and product strategy. Dan joined Calamos Investments in 2021 with 25 years of finance industry experience. Prior to joining Calamos, Dan spent 21 years at Citadel where he served in several key roles, including Global Treasurer, Global Head of Operations, and Global Head of Counterparty Strategy. He was Chief Executive Officer of multiple Citadel broker-dealer entities and a member of the governing portfolio committees of both Citadel and Citadel Securities for many years. Dan has served on key finance industry forums, including the New York Fed's Task Force on Tri-Party Repo Infrastructure, 11 years on the New York Fed's Treasury Market Practices Group, and five years on the U.S. Treasury Department's Treasury Borrowing Advisory Committee, where he was Vice-Chair through September 2020. He was named to Crain's Chicago Business "Forty Under Forty" in 2009. Dan holds a B.S. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Erik Ojala is the General Counsel and a member of the executive team at Calamos Investments. Erik oversees the legal and compliance function and is responsible for all legal, compliance and regulatory matters at Calamos Investments and its operating companies. Erik joined Calamos Investments in July 2023 with more than 20 years of experience in the asset management industry. Prior to joining Calamos, Erik was the General Counsel at Harbor Capital Advisors and a member of the executive team, and also served as the Chief Compliance Officer for Harbor Funds and the Harbor ETF Trust. Erik was previously Associate General Counsel at Harbor Capital and Assistant General Counsel at Ariel Investments. Erik began his career as an attorney in the Corporate and Securities Group at D'Ancona & Pflaum (now Seyfarth Shaw) in Chicago. Jim Madden joined Calamos Investments in 2021 and contributes more than 30 years of investment industry experience. Together with Co-Portfolio Manager Tony Tursich, Jim leads the firm's Sustainable Equities Team. In the 1990s while at Portfolio 21, Jim and Tony developed a research and investment process that combined traditional fundamental analysis with a focus on sustainable and ESG-oriented business attributes. At Portfolio 21, Jim also served as Chief Investment Officer and senior portfolio manager, overseeing one of the first global ESG mutual funds in the United States. In 2014, the fund was acquired by Trillium Asset Management and renamed Trillium ESG Global Equity Fund (PORTX). Jim earned a bachelor's degree and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.

John Koudounis joined Calamos Investments as Chief Executive Officer in 2016. He became the firm's first designated CEO hired by Founder John Calamos, Sr., as part of Calamos' succession plan. Serving as a driving force behind improving strategic initiatives, Mr. Koudounis plays a critical role in delivering innovative solutions to business development and expanding product breadth for the firm's global base of clients. Under his leadership, firm profitability and AUM growth have increased substantially. Mr. Koudounis has over 35 years of financial services experience including executive leadership in the global securities business and a deep background in global capital markets. Most recently, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Mizuho Securities USA, Inc. (MSUSA), a subsidiary of Mizuho Financial Group, one of the world's largest full-service financial institutions. During his tenure at Mizuho Securities, he built the firm into a full-service investment bank, expanding its debt and equity capital markets teams. Because of his leadership, the firm also grew in profitability, number of clients, and product diversification, allowing Mizuho to be considered globally as a top tier investment bank. Prior to joining MSUSA in 2008, he was Managing Director and Head of Fixed Income for ABN AMRO Americas where he played a critical role in that firm's successful growth. John Calamos, Jr. is a senior vice president and co-portfolio manager, focused primarily on quantitative analysis. He joined the firm in 1985 and has more than 35 years of industry experience. During his tenure at Calamos, he has helped manage the firm's small- to mid-cap growth and market neutral strategies. He received a B.A. from Drake University and an M.B.A. from Benedictine University. John Calamos is Chairman and Global Chief Investment Officer of Calamos Investments, the firm he founded in 1977. With origins as an institutional convertible bond manager, Calamos Investments has grown into a global asset management firm with institutional and individual clients worldwide. Headquartered in the Chicago metropolitan area, the firm also has offices in New York, San Francisco, Milwaukee and the Miami area. Mr. Calamos established research and investment processes centered around a team-based approach designed to deliver superior risk-adjusted performance over full market cycles through a range of U.S. and global investment solutions including equity, fixed income, convertible and alternative strategies. Joe Weidenbach is the President of Calamos Wealth Management and member of the executive team for Calamos Investments LLC. Joe is responsible for growing and managing all aspects of Calamos Wealth Management encompassing offices in metropolitan Chicago, downtown Chicago, New York and Miami. He brings to his role three decades of experience in asset management, trust services and other wealth management disciplines. Joe held a variety of leadership positions at J.P. Morgan and U.S. Bank before joining Calamos Wealth Management in 2022. Joe earned undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Dayton and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. Ryan B. Isherwood

Ryan Isherwood joined Calamos Investments following its 2019 acquisition of Timpani Capital Management, his employer since 2008. He serves as a senior research analyst for our small-cap growth portfolios and has portfolio management responsibilities for our enhanced alphaequity and small/mid-cap growth equity strategies. Prior to that, Ryan was a senior research analyst at Wells Capital Management. Previously, he was with Strong Capital Management, Inc. as an inside sales representative. Ryan received his M.B.A. in Finance & Investments from the University of Notre Dame and a B.B.A. in Risk Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He contributes 19 years of industry experience.

Scott Becker

As head of the investment team's portfolio specialist group, Scott is responsible for communicating our investment process and strategy, macroeconomic perspectives, strategy performance, positioning, and risk attribution to clients, consultants, and other stakeholders and investors in the firm's strategies. In addition, he provides our co-portfolio managers and co-chief investment officers with analysis of portfolio activity, positioning, and risk attribution. He contributes more than 25 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Calamos in 2003, Scott worked at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM) as an equity portfolio strategist and was the senior strategist for MLIM's U.S. value equity portfolios. Previously, he was a senior product manager and a financial analyst with Van Kampen Funds. He received a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois. In addition to being a CFA charterholder, he holds a Series 7 license.

Tom Herman - CFO, EVP

Tom Herman leads all finance, accounting and tax areas of the company and of the Calamos funds. He joined the firm in 2016 and has more than 30 years of experience. Prior to joining Calamos, Tom spent six years with Harris Associates, where he was CFO and Treasurer. In that role, he identified and implemented improvement opportunities to grow the business, improve productivity and reduce cost. Previously, he was Senior Vice President, CFO and Treasurer at Ariel Investments. Tom received a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, a Master's in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, and a Master's in Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. He is also a Registered Certified Public Accountant.

William J. Takahashi - CHRO, EVP

Bill Takahashi is the Chief Administrative Officer, Head of Human Resources and member of the executive team at Calamos Investments. Bill is responsible for all aspects of human capital within Calamos Investments and its operating companies. He plays a crucial role in driving organizational performance and administrative efficiency. Bill also chairs the firm's 401(k) committee and oversees the firm's diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. He joined Calamos in 2005 and has over 20 years of legal and human resources leadership experience. Prior to joining Calamos, he was in-house counsel at McDonald's Corporation and an attorney at Winston & Strawn LLP in Chicago. He is a member of the Illinois Bar and maintains his SHRM human resource professional certification. He received a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Illinois Wesleyan University and a J.D., magna cum laude, from Boston University.

Yanni Sianis

Yanni Sianis is the Chief of Staff of Calamos Investments. Prior to his current position, Yanni served as Vice President of Global Business Development and was responsible for managing both domestic and international relationships for the private and institutional channels. He joined the firm in 2010 as a Wealth Adviser with Calamos Wealth Management. Prior to joining Calamos, Yanni was a senior derivatives broker and trader at LaSalle Global. He previously served as Vice President of Business Development and Director of the GCC (Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf) and the Middle East at America 2030 Equity, a private equity firm outside of Chicago. Yanni earned a B.A. from Boston University, an M.A. in Industrial Psychology from National Louis University and an AMP from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. Yanni is active in the Greek American community and is currently serving his second term on the Metropolis Council of the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Chicago, is Chairman of Project Hope - a Humanitarian Ministry, a Board Member of the American Hellenic Institute, an Executive Committee Member of the Board of the National Hellenic Museum, a member of Leadership 100 and the National Hellenic Society, and an Archon of the Ecumenical Patriarchate in the Order of St. Andrew.
