We accept cancellations at least 7 days before the date of hire. We will offer a credit note for 100% of the advance paid, and you may book equipment on a future date to utilise the funds... Following your submission, there will be a physical verification of the submitted residential address. We promise to hasten this process, but it may take up to seven working days. Acceptance of your registration request is subject to positive verification of the details you've submitted.
