Mr. Carrasco is an attorney graduated with magna cum laude honors from the Universidad de Lima (UL) (Peru) and with an LLM (Master of Law) from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) (UK), with emphasis in Corporate and Securities Law. Before joining Camposol, he worked for over 10 years in top-tier Peruvian law firms such as Rodrigo, Elias & Medrano Abogados, Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Perez Abogados and Delmar Ugarte Abogados (now part of Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría - PPU). He was recognized in 2 occasions by "The Legal 500", an international magazine specialized in the research of the performance of legal service providers. He has extensive experience advising on mergers & acquisitions, restructuring and capital markets transactions as well as on corporate affairs and compliance issues. As Legal, Compliance & ESG VP of Camposol, he was included in the GC Powerlist Peru 2023 launched by "The Legal 500", covering the best in-house legal talent within the region.

Mr. Mongrut holds a Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration from the Universidad de Lima and a Certificate in Business Excellence from Columbia University. He has worked previously for Kimberly Clark where he held several positions in Costa Rica and Colombia as well as General Manager for the Ecuador and Peru branches. He has also served as General Manager for Unilever Peru. Mr. Mongrut has more than 20 years of experience in managing consumer goods and operations in different countries. He is a former consultant at Effectus Fishman Consultores.

Ms. Orsi holds an Industrial Engineer degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, an Executive M.B.A. from the Universidad de Piura (PAD), and she is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt by Kraft Foods International. With over 10 years of experience leading supply chain, operations and continuous improvement divisions within manufacturing, ground transportation, and agricultural business sectors in Peru and Costa Rica, Ms. Orsi plays a key role enhancing the growth of our company. During the last 5 years, she has served as Continuous Improvement Manager, Supply Chain Planning Manager and Avocado Business Unit Manager in Camposol.
Extensive international experience in the fresh food industry and international trade. Led the international expansion of Camposol group in Europe, USA, and China. Previous experience includes senior management positions at Chiquita Brands in America and Europe. Currently serving as Vice Chair in the Peruvian Avocado Commission, Director & Treasurer in the World Avocado Organization, and board member in International Fresh Produce Association ((IFPA). Harvard Alumni, MBA INCAE Business School.

Mr. Dyer Coriat obtained his Master in Business Administration and Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Miami (Florida). He worked as technical and financial analyst for the new business division at D&C Group. He was General Manager at Apurimac Ferrum, an iron exploration project. He has been member of Copeinca ASA's Board of Directors, as well as CFO, Research and Development manager and Chief Strategy Officer at CAMPOSOL. He is currently member of the CAMPOSOL's Board of Directors.
Mr. Naranjo holds an Industrial Civil Engineering degree, a Master's in Business Engineering, and a Master of Science in Finance from the esteemed Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in Chile. Additionally, he holds an M.B.A. from Pontificia Universidad Católica in Chile. With over 15 years of professional experience, Mr. Naranjo brings a wealth of expertise in business management. His leadership roles have covered administrative and financial divisions within multinational corporations and diverse business groups, overseeing operations across an array of industries including manufacturing, agro-commerce, logistics, port management, and the salmon farming sector. Notably, before joining Camposol, his strategic initiatives facilitated project development in Chile, Colombia, Mexico, the United States, and Spain, optimizing the capital structure and driving successful outcomes.

He graduated in Business Administration from Universidad Nacional Federico Villareal and studied in the Senior Management International Business Program at Universidad de Piura. He has been founding shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Corporación Pesquera Inca S.A. - COPEINCA, Galvanizadora Peruana S.A. GALPESA, Aceros y Techos S.A. - ACETESA, Consorcio Latinoamericano S.A., and Ferretería Dyer S.A. - FEDYSA, as well as President of the Peruvian Family Business Association (AEF, in Spanish). He is Chairman of the Board of Directors at Reforestadora Inca S.A. - REFINCA, President of Pro Ucayali Group, and President of DIC (Dyer Coriat) Group, one of the most successful and emerging family groups in Peru, which has diversified investments in agroindustry, aquaculture, reforestation in the Amazon rainforest, real estate, and housing construction, among others.
Mr. Dyer Coriat obtained his degree in Business Administration at University of Miami (Florida) with a specialization in Finance and Administration. He has a wide experience in the fishing industry; he initiated his career at Copeinca as Fleet Assistant and held subsequently various positions, including Fleet Manager, Operations Manager and CEO from 2002 to 2011. In 2008, Mr. Dyer was appointed member of the Board of Directors of CAMPOSOL, an agro-industrial company of the Group, a position which allowed him to contribute to the transformation of the company into a leading commercial organization that uses the principles of Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility. Since 2011, he is the Chairman of CAMPOSOL's Board , as well as CEO of DIC (Dyer Coriat) Group. He was CEO of CAMPOSOL from October 2011 to October 2015. As of 2021, Mr. Dyer Coriat continues to be the Chairman of CAMPOSOL's Board.

Mr. Torres has played various commercial roles across regions, significantly contributing to Camposol's global expansion by focusing on customer service, culture transformation, and long-term vision. One of his notable achievements is pioneering the first-ever alliance between top avocado producers in Peru and Chile. Camposol's EMEA branch was established under his leadership, earning the 2018 Business of the Year award. The commitment to employee experience led to the Great Place to Work Certification in 2022. Academic credentials include an MBA from IE Business School and diplomas from CENTRUM PUCP, Tulane University, and Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Ms. Segovia obtained her bachelor's degree in Business Management from the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and graduated in Industrial Processing in the Higher Technological Institute Cibertec. She has also postgraduate studies in Compliance and certifications ISO 19600 Lead Compliance Manager, ISO 37001 Lead Auditor in anti-bribery management, Risk Manager ISO 31000 in risk management and in the COSO internal control model. She has more-than-15-year experience in internal audit and integral risk and control management, as well as adjustment to reference framework of Internal Control and Integral Risk Management COSO and ERM and implementation of fraud prevention systems, among others. She has worked in multinational corporations such as Telefónica Móviles S.A., Bellsouth Perú, Tecnológica de Alimentos (TASA), and Austral Group, a company from the Norwegian group Austevoll Seafood ASA, among others. During the last 5 years, she has had several positions at Camposol, such as Internal Control Manager, Fraud Prevention Manager and Secretary of the Ethics and Compliance Committee. She currently leads the Internal Audit and Risks area, which reports to the Board of Directors.

Mr. Dyer Osorio has a degree in International Business Administration from the International University of Florida (Miami), with a specialization in Economics and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Thunderbird University, Arizona, and Tecnológico de Monterrey (Mexico). He has broad experience in the Peruvian fishing industry, and began his career at Copeinca as Plant Assistant and held different positions, including Warehouse Assistant, Procurement Assistant, Finance Assistant, Logistics Manager, and Raw Material Procurement Superintendent from 2002 to 2010. He currently serves as General Manager of Octopus Holding S.A.C. and Inka Comfort Hoteles del Peru SAC. Mr. Dyer is also member of the Board of Directors and shareholder of Aceros y Techos S.A., Galvanizadora Peruana S.A., and Octagon Holding S.A.C, companies from Duferco Swiss Group.
