Tim Spears is the Director of Operations and Lead Buyers Agent for our team. He received his real estate license and sold real estate with Cassie in the early 2000s. Our team has grown immensely over the years and Tim and Cassie decided to work in real estate together again. Previously, Tim worked in the hospitality industry. He worked for Omni Hotels as Director of Food and Beverages at Fort Worth Convention Center and oversaw special events. His ability to plan and execute special events for clients makes our open houses especially successful in creating an atmosphere that introduces strong buyers to their next home. His attention to detail is an invaluable asset to the team members as well as our clients.
