The Castellani Lab is a human molecular genetics and computational genomics lab conducting research on the genetic and epigenetic determinants of complex disease with a focus on cardiovascular outcomes. The lab is particularly interested in environmental and mitochondrial changes to nuclear epigenetic programming and their effects on human disease.
