VICTORIA CARDIAC ARRHYTHMIA TRIALS

VCAT was founded in 2005 in Victoria, BC, by our team of Electrophysiologists. Our research focuses on cardiac abnormalities, with an emphasis on abnormal heart rhythms (atrial and ventricular arrhythmias) and implantable cardiac devices (pacemakers, ICDs, and loops recorders). Our physicians are committed both to excellence in research as well as continued education, and have supported a strong Electrophysiology Fellowship program since 1996. We work alongside the Royal Jubilee Hospital and Vancouver Island Health Authority, and our research projects are reviewed by the Island Health Clinical Research Ethics Board... Victoria Cardiac Arrhythmia Trials (VCAT) conducts clinical research in Victoria, BC. Our work focuses on cardiac rhythm abnormalities.
