I began my title and escrow career in 2008, learning about every aspect of the title/escrow process from the ground up. During my 15+ years of experience in title and escrow, I have handled numerous types of real estate transactions from simple to complex. I have the knowledge to handle difficult transactions and the people skills to work closely with you and your clients. I believe in "service with a smile" and my philosophy is simple - "always go above and beyond"! I strive to make my clients feel comfortable and at ease during the escrow process. I also enjoy the personal connection that is made on every escrow I close.
My goal is to exceed your expectations and do whatever I can to make every escrow we handle as stress-free as possible. I have an "open door" policy and welcome you to call, email or stop by my office anytime.
My family brings me the most joy in life, so when I'm not hard at work in the office, I'm having fun with my children, my husband and our family.
Drew Cordero has been an active member of the Temecula Valley community his whole life and is so excited to be turning that community focus toward helping agents help other locals.

When Drew Cordero is not helping agents learn the benefits of Celebration Escrow, he enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, snowboarding, golfing, and going off roading with his family. Drew lives in Menifee with his wife and newborn son.

At the beginning of 2021, Lauren joined Celebration Escrow and have continuously enriched her escrow processing skills since that time. When you call our office, Lauren is the one you will usually hear greeting you.
Lauren enjoys being the first person you come into contact with and want to help you feel as comfortable as possible from the moment you reach out to us. She handles new escrows, new lender requests, ordering payoff demands, HOA transfers and the day to day processing that goes into making your escrow as smooth as possible.
Lauren has a passion for learning new skills and enhancing her escrow knowledge. In her free time, Lauren enjoys spending time with family, going to the beach, and exploring National Parks across the country.
