Chat Bot Project idea was originally started in 2017. The co-founders were working on a big enterprise project while they felt the need for automating incident management and F.A.Q. By automating these repetitive tasks it freed up the team members to focus on other high priority items. Later they thought why not to offer this as a service to other customers as well so they ended up creating (Chatbot Portal - chat bot as a service)... Our company is based and operated out of USA. Our offices are in Houston, TX. We have been in the IT industry for 20 years now... Chatbot Portal wants to support the organisations who are helping the community. That's why we offer a 10% discount to educational, government and non-profit organizations. We may ask for a document or confirmation email that clearly indicates that you are member of the respective institution.
