CHROI COUNSELLING

I began my studies in 2009 receiving a BA(hons) in social studies from Waterford Institute of Technology. After completing my degree, I spent over nine years working with adults on the Autism spectrum. I always had a keen interest in understanding the human behaviour and returned to college in 2013 to begin my journey as a counsellor. I completed a certificate in counselling and psychotherapy and decided to pursue my degree in this field . In 2019 I completed my degree with a BA(hons) in counselling and psychotherapy from Middlesex University. Throughout my training I volunteered with AWARE as a group facilitator. This provided me with an invaluable experience. I gained a deeper insight into depression, bipolar and anxiety disorders during my years with AWARE. Since completing my degree I am working as a pre-accredited therapist in private practice. I also work in the community supporting adults on the Autism spectrum...
