WHAT IS CHUCK'S GIFT? Chuck's Gift is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization founded by Tom and Cathy Viscounte in 2018. Chuck's Gift is fully funded by 100% tax deductible gifts and 100% of all funds go directly to the outreach and costs to keep the project going. Chuck's Gift is currently a 100% volunteer organization, and NO ONE RECEIVES A SALARY.
