In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, which is marked by rampant scientific misinformation, we decided to launch our non-profit organization ClaroMedi to deliver critical medical and healthcare information to underserved communities in a simple and understandable way. From creating information sheets highlighting preventative care strategies to developing a phone app for locating healthcare resources, ClaroMedi is committed to improving healthcare access for those who desperately need it... At ClaroMedi, we are dedicated to addressing the low rates of health literacy in our community. In order to accomplish our goal, we have created condensed information sheets to summarize healthcare information in simple terms. We will partner with organizations who work with underserved populations in healthcare to distribute our information sheets.
