holds an MBA in IT Management and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Informatics.
She is an agile practitioner, facilitator and trainer with a focus on enterprise agility, lean-agile methodology and implementation of new ways of working. Since 2011, she has gained valuable experience in the management of international software development projects and in the classic consulting business. Her extensive knowledge is based on her diverse project history from different industries. She has supported companies in the public sector, retail, banking and insurance, where she has advised development teams as well as business and management teams.
In 2017-2019, she was also engaged as an external docent and held lectures in the Business Information Systems course at Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW).
In recent years, she has been primarily focused on coaching and driving agile transformation in the public sector.
