Our company was started, and is owned, by Margaret German, a native to Baltimore and a long time Registered Nurse with 31 years of experience. She founded the firm after realizing an opportunity to consult with a firm in her capacity as an RN. With this opportunity, other companies approached her with opportunities and the firm was created. While our roots are deep in the Baltimore/Washington area, our work experience and expertise has taken us all over America... All of our business comes through referrals and networks. We employ no sales staff to deal with and no laborious sales process. If we feel we would not be the best fit for you, we may offer some suggestions and possibly refer you to a firm(s) that we know of which may better serve your needs. We will only seek to take next steps if we genuinely feel we can help and do so in a manner that adds value and provides a return on your investment in us.
