Anthony A. Musa

Anthony A. Musa was a graduate of Law from the University of Maiduguri and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007. He also obtained PGD in Legal Studies & LLM in International Trade Law from Nottingham Trent University, United Kingdom. Tony is a Professional Negotiator and Mediator, and an Associate Member of the London Institute of Arbitration, Nigeria Branch. He further received training in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Project Management and is a member of the National Association of Catholic Lawyers (NACL). Being a member of NACL gave Tony the opportunity of rendering free legal services to the poor, particularly, the prison inmates in Abuja. With specialization and practical experiences in the field of law, Tony heads the Legal and Research Unit of the Foundation and contributes meaningfully in achieving its mission and goal.

Asake Samaila Joshua

Asake Samaila Joshua is a Pastor of the Light of the World Evangelical Church, Kano State, and the Chairman of Youth Wing of CAN (YOWICAN) Kano State. He is from Kaduna state and holds a B.Th. in Theology from Joseph Ayo Babalola University, Osun state. He believe that through the Fellowship Program he will acquire more skills in peace building as it keeps people of different faith together under one indivisible umbrella.

Bello Lateef Adekunle

Bello Lateef Adekunle is a Sunni Muslim from Oyo state who resides and works in Minna, Niger State. He is the Policy and Communications officer at Development Initiative of West Africa (DIWA) Minna. He is also a facilitator and trainer at Da'awah Institute of Nigeria (DIN), Minna, Niger State. He holds a B.A in Linguistics from University of Ilorin.

Calistus S. Anene

Calistus S. Anene is the Account Officer at Cardinal Onaiyekan Foundation for Peace (COFP). He holds a Degree in Banking and Finance (B.Sc.) from the University of Buea, in the Republic of Cameroon. He is also, a Certified Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Calistus worked in Taxation office in Limbe Cameroon before joining COFP Foundation and has over four years working experience in this field. He is presently in charge of accounting report and financial transactions in the Foundation. His numerous experience and additional skills in Quickbooks; Diploma in SAGE 50; FMD Pro Financial Management for Development Professionals; Financial Accounting & Excel Course; Audit Financial Statement Course among others has positioned him well in maintaining proper accounting system for the Foundation.

Dele Kelvin Oye - Chairman

Francisca Eneh

Francisca Eneh worked with the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) Education Secretariat and held several positions in the following departments; FCT Secondary Education Board (FCT SEB), Department of Policy, Planning, Research and Statistics (DPPR&S) as a deputy Director from where she was promoted as the pioneer Director, Special Needs Education (DSNE) and from where she retired from service. She now an independent consultant in Education and the Registrar, Lelook bags Academy, Lugbe. She holds and have held several positions in organisations such as the National Chairman Committee on Education-Catholic Women Organisation, Nigeria (CWON), one time President of Catholic Women Organisaton (CWO) Our Lady Queen of Nigeria (OLQN), Pro-cathedral, Garki, Abuja, 2008-2014, Secretary, National Council of Women Societies, Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC) for 6 years, second vice chairman OLQN Pastoral Council (PPC), and many others needless mentioning. She has attended many educational and religious seminars, conferences, and workshops both national and international, has represented Nigeria to the discussion on Catholic Women Organisation, Nigeria at the Eternal Word Television Network (EWTN) which was aired all over the world in 2018. Francisca has visited the following countries of the world, United Kingdom, United States of America, gone on holy pilgrimage to Israel and Rome, and has also visited Dubai, France, Egypt. She has received many Awards latest is the merit award from the CWON 23 rd January 2021, Ambassador of Mary by Ncwo, Adafulukwe of Oghe FCT, Mother of Honour by the CMO of OLQN, Garki, Virtuous Mother by the FCT CAN Women's wing, and many more too numerous to mention. Dr (Mrs) Francisca Ogechukwu Eneh is happily married to Hon. Engr. Michael Chukwuma C. Eneh from Amokwe town of Enugu State and they are blessed with five (5) lovely children, a son in law and two amiable grandchildren. Her hobbies include Reading, writing, praying, travelling, singing, and dancing.

John Cardinal Onaiyekan

Born on January 29th, 1944, in Kabba, Kogi State Nigeria, John Cardinal Onaiyekan is the fourth Nigerian Cardinal. He began his education at an early age of 5 and maintained distinctions and first class all through his academic pursuits. Journey to his priestly life commenced with an ordination in his home parish when he turned 25 in 1969. At the age of 38, Pope St. John Paul II ordained him the auxiliary Bishop of Ilorin in 1983, thus making Onaiyekan, one of the youngest Bishops of his time. Onaiyekan was made the Bishop of Ilorin in 1985 and was appointed the co-adjutor Bishop of Abuja in 1990 by the same Pope and from this point Onaiyekan rose to the rank of the first metropolitan Archbishop of Abuja in 1994 untill his retirement in November, 2019. In November 2012, he was created a Cardinal by Pope Benedict XVI (12th). Cardinal Onaiyekan (CON, Ph.D) is the Metropolitan Catholic Archbishop Emeritus of Abuja Nigeria, the immediate past Co-Chair African Council of Religious Leaders (RfP), and the Former Christian Moderator World Conference of Religious for Peace RfP. Onaiyekan formerly served as a member Standing Committee of the Faith and Order Commission of the World Council of Churches and also, a member of the Congregation for the Doctrine of Faith and the Congregation for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments. Presently, he is the Honorary President, RfP & a Member of the World Economic Forum Global Agenda Council on the Role of Faith. Serving on these international bodies and many other forums has afforded Cardinal Onaiyekan the opportunity of understanding the complexities, challenges, difficulties, & prospects available in engaging in interreligious cooperation and good governance at the global level. To keep the legacies of His Eminence, John Cardinal Onaiyekan alive, COFP Foundation was founded as a platform for actualizing inclusive peace, good governance and transformative development across Africa. He has authored a number books: Seeking Common Grounds: Interreligious Dialogue in Africa (2013), Theology in Context: Inculturation and Evangelization in Africa (2016), The Word of God in the Church in Africa (2019) Let the Truth Prevail (2021), Religions for Peace, Not War (2024), and many others. Cardinal Onaiyekan is confident that when there is common ground, it will provide the basis for common actions for peace and human development since common action is often built and rooted effectively on share common grounds and values. For Cardinal Onaiyekan, the 2012 Noble Peace Prize Award Nominee and recipient of many peace accolades including the 2012 Pax Christi Internal Peace Prize and the Grand Official of Italian Friendship conferred on him by President Carlo A. Ciampi of Italy in 2003 (Grande Ufficiale 1 Classe: Ordinedella Stella della Solidarieta Italiana), true peace means upholding justice & fairness, openness to reconciliation and forgiveness, understanding that what we have in common is greater than our difference & that our differences are nothing but stepping stones towards embracing our commonalities. This is the vision that drives our work at COFP Foundation.

Sr. Denisia I. Okonkwo is of the Daughters of Mary Mother of Mercy (DMMM) Congregation and the Personnel Officer at Cardinal Onaiyekan Foundation for Peace (COFP). She earned B. A. in Communication Studies and M. Sc. in International Relations. Sr. Denisia is a Fellow of COFP Fellowship Program with University Certificates in Interreligious Dialogue, Conflict Transformation & Mediation. She received an award as Ambassador of Peace and further acquired professional certificates in Governance & Sustainability Development in Nigeria and Fundamentals of Human Resources. In her role, Sr. Denisia oversees the Foundation's staff welfare, maintains effective and efficiency staff performance and teambuilding.
