Colonel Frank Bragg

Colonel Frank Burton Bragg, Jr. retired from the United States Army in 2003, after serving on active duty for 27 years. Colonel Bragg commanded intelligence units at the brigade/group, battalion, and company levels, and served as Director of Intelligence at many different echelons, including positions as the Senior Intelligence Officer at Multi-National, Joint, Combined, Strategic, Operational, and Tactical levels around the world. His assignments include: 82nd Airborne Division, 2nd Infantry Division, 10th Mountain Division, and 18th Airborne Corps. His awards include the Distinguished Service Medal, the Defense Superior Service Medal, the Legion of Merit, the Bronze Star, and over 20 other awards. Frank is a Senior Parachutist and Jumpmaster. He is married to his high school sweetheart; they have two daughters, two sons-in-law, five granddaughters, five grandsons, a grandson-in-law, and are expecting their first great-grandson very soon. A devout Christian, Colonel Bragg's love for America and Jesus Christ is present in all of his endeavors.

Lori Roman

Lori Roman is the Chairman & CEO of the American Constitutional Rights Union. Her diverse career encompasses the realms of business, non-profit, government and academia. For over a decade, Ms. Roman served as president of the Salt Institute, a global industry trade association. She is also the former Executive Director of the American Legislative Exchange Council, a public policy organization of legislators. In the administration of President George W. Bush, she served as the Deputy Director of the White House Center for Faith-Based and Community Initiatives and the Director of School Choice at the U.S. Department of Education. Ms. Roman began her career in management at General Motors and spent six years as an adjunct professor teaching business and ethics while raising her children. She has also assisted many businesses and non-profits as a consultant. An accomplished speaker and writer, Ms. Roman has been featured in many major media outlets. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Administration.

Lt. Col. West

West is an avid distance runner, a Master SCUBA diver, a motorcyclist, and in his spare time he enjoys cheering his beloved Tennessee Volunteers. Lt. Col. West is a commissioned officer in the Texas State Guard. Lt. Col. West is a legacy life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, life member of the American Legion, life member of the Association of the United States Army, the Society of the First Infantry Division, 4th Infantry Division, and 101st Airborne Division. He is Patriot Life Member (Benefactor) and Board of Directors member of the National Rifle Association and Life Member (Benefactor) of the Texas State Rifle Association. Lieutenant Colonel West is an inductee into the University of Tennessee Army ROTC Hall of Fame. He is on the Board of Advisors of Amegy Bank, Dallas Region. In 2016, Lt. Col. West was appointed by Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick to the Texas Sunset Advisory Commission.

Major General Joe Arbuckle

Major General Joe Arbuckle entered in the Army as a private in 1969 after graduating Western State College. Following completion of Officer Candidate School as a combat engineer, he was deployed to Vietnam as an Infantry Lieutenant. Arbuckle commanded units at every rank from Lieutenant to Major General including two combat commands (Vietnam and Kuwait). Throughout his long army career, the Major General was motivated by the challenges, variety of jobs, responsibilities, and most of all - the soldiers. Major General Arbuckle has received numerous awards and decorations including the Defense Distinguished Service Medal, 3 Bronze Stars - one for Valor, 6 Legions of Merit, Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry with 2 silver stars, Combat Infantryman's Badge, and the Army Parachutist Badge.
