Alba Cooperativa Sociale, as a mutual cooperative dedicated to activities aimed at achieving "Social Facilitation and Integration" objectives, is constituted as a typically entrepreneurial organisation with financial and human resources suitable for the provision of specific services to its public and private clients... Alba Cooperativa Sociale intends to achieve its aims as a social cooperative by operating mainly within the regional environment through the involvement of community resources, such as volunteers, service users and organisations who share similar social solidarity objectives. Through the key contribution of its worker members, who play an active role in achieving its objectives in terms of the quality of the service provided, the social cooperative is better able to implement its responsible self-management.
