COSFORWORK

The Coronel Institute of Occupational Health of the Amsterdam UMC, location Academic Medical Center in Amsterdam has started an international collaborative project to develop a Core Outcome Set (COS) for Work: a universally applicable and broadly agreed core outcome set for work participation to be used in randomised controlled trials and systematic reviews. A core outcome set is an agreed minimum set of outcomes that should be measured and reported in all trials in a specific health area. These outcomes are considered to be most important by the stakeholders for whom the outcomes are of significant importance. COS for Work will make it possible to pool data and compare results of on a much larger scale than we are currently able to do. We invite the international community of practitioners, clients and researchers in occupational health and insurance medicine to help us join forces for the development of such a core outcome set...
