The purpose of this study is to develop medical Artificial Intelligence (AI) to better understand COVID-19 using patients' chest imaging. In collaboration with clinical partners, we have built a secure platform that allows us to enroll patients who were previously hospitalized for COVID-19 to share their X-rays and clinical experiences... When you enroll online, we ask about your hospital stay for COVID-19 in a questionnaire that should take you five minutes. We use the information you provide to learn how to predict the clinical outcomes of the disease using machine learning and AI guidance... The COVID-19 Imaging Study is an NIH funded program at the University of Central Florida, School of Medicine to develop a digital repository of imaging from real patients that we can use to develop Artificial Intelligence to fight COVID-19.
