Andy has over 4 years experiences in Web Development, including web font end, back end，database design and management, and project formulation and management. He also involved in international logistics, building materials and other fields. An has been volunteering for CPMP since 2019 and is responsible for the operation of the organization website and the management of the organization official WeChat Accounts Platform.
Caroline is a passionate professional with over 3 years of experiences in project management in ICI construction. She has been engaged in entrepreneurial initiatives for over 10 years and received Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from York University. Caroline joined CPMP in 2021 as a member and volunteer of the Leadership team, contributing to marketing and digital content including the organization's official Linkedin page.
Cyndy has strong finance background in different industries from bank to power. Working in China, Japan, and Canada, she has been tireless learning for excellent and pushing herself to be a proactive and responsible professional.
Joined CPMP as volunteer with passion, she will be continually striving to learn and cooperate with CPMP community.
Dongsheng has over 10 years experiences in multinational companies, including 4-year line and project manager experience. He is specialized in software engineering and quality management of mobile software and in-vehicle infotainment. Dongsheng has been volunteering for CPMP since 2019 and is responsible for operation of the organization.
Eileen Chen started to serve CPMP in 2017, actively involved in organizing CPMP online and on-site case study seminars and assisting general volunteer work. She is willing to learning project management practices and contributing to communicate with different projects and professional speakers. Eileen works as professional staff in financial data projects and capital market product systems in bank industry, responsible for transaction systems data mapping and executed auto mapping projects, automated reports data process, and work for OTC derivatives and Treasury system enhancement project, capital products settlement and financial analysis. She loves reading, running, yoga, indoor and outdoor exercises, goal to become a lifelong learner.

Lili Huang started to serve CPMP in 2019, actively involved in organizing CPMP online and on-site seminars and managing members. She enjoys learning project management practices and contributing to communities. Lili works as a portfolio administrator in mutual fund industry. She is a key member of portfolio operation team, responsible for mutual fund launching and tax affairs. Lili is also experienced in retail banking and custodian banking services. She loves traveling, hiking and music.
Linda Jin has over decade experience in database marketing, statistical analysis and modeling development. Working in retail consulting field, she participated in diversity projects in promotion, pricing, assortment and customer segmentation. She actively designed and built best practices and guidelines in modern enterprise software development. With solid knowledge and skills in optimization and automation, she streamlined multiple data processes in highly efficient method. She is passion and pursuit for private and public cloud technologies and implementation. In 2012 Linda became certified PMP and soon joined CPMP association, she dedicated in financial work, event plan and foster youth professional growth since then.

Qing Zhang is one of CPMP co-founders, a certified PMP, Master of Computer Science. He started to serve CPMP from 2005. With role of CPMP operation, he has organized many seminars and social events to promote project management and serve the community. He helped members to grow in professional development in CPMP platform. He is a seasoned IT specialist with many accomplished projects in public sector.
Tracy Duan - Founder, President
As a co-founder of the CPMPAC, Tracy has been committed to build and develop the organization since 2005, together with other co-founders, formulating CPMPAC vision, mission, values and the organization development strategy. Tracy strives to build a learning and sharing platform for project professionals, through regular professional training, practices and mentorship programs to help members improve knowledge and skills in leadership, project management, business analysis and career development, to cultivate outstanding project managers, leaders and professional trainers.
Tracy is a seasoned project/program leader with extensive international payment experiences across central bank and commercial banks. Tracy successfully delivered strategic programs and digital transformation initiatives for Canadian banks.

Victoria joined CPMP in 2020 as a member and volunteer of the Leadership team. She has a BS and MS in Computer Science from Technical University of Munich Germany. She was a research grant recipient from Bell University labs and Chinese University of Hong Kong with multiple IEEE publications. She has various experiences in Research, IT Solution Design and Marketing, Project Strategic Management across industries of IT, Entertainment, Financial Services and Public Sectors. Victoria is also a Certified PMP and an active community member.
