Allison Paz - COO, Founder

Allison oversees the sales, investor relations and operational functions of the business. Allison has extensive technology, operations, and sales experience. Before CredReady, she was the first advisor to Blockmatics, an education consulting company, and the first COO employee at Chia Network, a blockchain and smart transaction platform. Earlier, she worked at BNY Mellon and Scotia Capital in various technology, sales, operations, and investment strategy roles. She is a scout with IndieVC, a mentor with Backstage Cap and LaunchU, an experienced angel investor, and the board of directors of Wall Street Blockchain Alliance. Allison graduated from Oberlin College with a bachelor's degree concentrating on digital media and is a candidate for advanced degrees from New York University in computer science and business administration from Pratt Institute.

Mark Eickelbeck - CFO, Founder

Mark brings over three decades of experience in entrepreneurship and business management to CredReady, and is managing the financial operations of the company. His extensive background in business startups includes successful endeavors in the family entertainment, marketing/advertising, and real estate development industries. During his tenure as President of SME Development Partners, and COO/Executive VP at AVR Realty Company, Mark maintained full P&L responsibility for commercial and residential real estate projects, amassing over $300 million in sales. He brings a keen eye for both the big picture and the bottom line to CredReady. Mark holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University.

Shawn Bay - CEO, Founder

Shawn created much of the technology and strategy that propels CredReady. Before CredReady, he founded eScholar, a leading data analytics provider serving the education and workforce data requirements of states across the U.S. eScholar conducted ground breaking research and invented Pathway Analytics, the technology foundation for CredReady. A data science pioneer, Shawn has decades of experience leveraging data to help people. He led data science at Procter & Gamble and Unilever North America and founded Vision Associates, one of the first data science firms (which later became eScholar). Shawn grew up on a farm in Kentucky and received his undergraduate degree in Economics and MBA from the University of Kentucky, where he also studied computer science and conducted research into the uses of a database and statistical technology to solve marketplace problems….which launched him on the Data Science journey that keeps him going still.

Srini Belligundu - CTO, Founder

Srini oversees the technology and product development functions at CredReady. He has extensive experience building web, mobility, cloud, and IoT applications in both startup and large enterprise setups. As a technology leader, Srini has a successful track record of leading product development initiatives and scaling them from concept to multi-million-dollar businesses. He is passionate about building, nurturing and scaling high-performing engineering teams with diverse backgrounds from around the world. Srini's prior experience includes various technology, leadership, and strategy roles at IBM, Boeing, and ThoughtFocus. He received his master's degree in software engineering from Seattle University.

Stephanie Ashmeade - CMO, Founder

Stephanie provides strategic leadership in all aspects of CredReady's marketing program. She has an extensive background in the healthcare, fashion and education technology industries. Prior to CredReady, Stephanie was a key leader of eScholar, a leading provider of education and workforce data systems, where she partnered internally and externally to achieve marketplace success. At both eScholar and the Jones Group, a global fashion-forward company, Stephanie played key roles driving marketplace success. She received her MBA in Marketing and Finance from University of Connecticut and undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Atlantic Union College.
