Pulsar Cultural Foundation is an Ecuadorian organization made up of professionals in cultural management, gastronomy, communication and arts. We seek to recognize and strengthen the capacities of human beings to relate to themselves and their environment, and to manage collaborative, sustainable and pedagogical spaces and activities that generate enjoyment and transformation... We manage cultural, artistic and environmental projects to strengthen and value the communities' biocultural assets with which we work.
