The drive behind the establishment of CSS was the immense demand for contractual services mainly in the Middle East Area and Africa by contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, owners and consultants, with such demand associated with the increase in the competition in the construction field and the heading of most clients towards operating within a contractually governing environment. The subject demand continues in rising especially in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), State of Qatar, Sultanate of Oman and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) where CSS is servicing many clients. The company was officially established in 2010 by professional engineers and businessmen, associated with external experts in the Contracts field.
