Dr. Davena Limitless Longshore is the Executive Director of Research, Operations, and Development for the Cummings Foundation for Behavioral Health. She holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology specializing in military, police, and criminal psychology. Her master's degrees are in both Psychology and Computer Information Systems. She is currently pursuing her third master's in Clinical Psychopharmacology. Her most current research centers around the efficacy of wellness programs in law enforcement; however, her previous research was on the improvement of the intimate relationships of individuals with borderline personality disorder.
Dr. Davena Longshore oversees the strategic and operational efficiencies of the program and staff.
has four decades of experience in the fields of psychology and behavioral health. He received his PhD in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M University and completed the Doctoral Psychology Internship Program in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Stanford University School of Medicine. Dr. Baker has a long record of service as a psychologist, researcher, professor, consultant, and senior administrator. He is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association and the Association for Psychological Science. Using a collaborative and evidenced-based approach, he seeks to promote behavioral health for individuals and organizations.
Dr. Janet Cummings, daughter of co-founders Nicholas and Dorothy Cummings, provides expert insight to the organization on the profession and practice of psychology and behavioral health.
Andrew Cummings, son of co-founders Nicholas and Dorothy Cummings, shapes the overall organizational strategies and provides legal oversight to drive results in advancing behavioral healthcare.
Dr. Janet Cummings, daughter of co-founders Nicholas and Dorothy Cummings, provides expert insight to the organization on the profession and practice of psychology and behavioral health.

is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). Jordan earned her Master of Science Degree from Barry University with a major in Clinical Psychology specializing in Forensic Psychology. Mrs. Garrett has specific training and experience in the areas of substance abuse, juvenile delinquency, and young adult and adolescent development. Jordan currently serves as the Youth Services Coordinator for Miami-Dade EAT Youth Services Division, while being enrolled in Barry University's Counseling Psychology Doctoral program.
is a Financial Controller with over 15 years' experience working in finance, budgeting and grants management. Prior to joining the Cummings Foundation, he worked with local and tribal governments in the administration of annual budgeting, financial reporting, grants management, accounts payable, contract management and procurement. Keith has a passion for continued learning and deploying automated and unified systems to make the processes of fiscal management more efficient, coherent and understandable. Keith holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Grants Management Specialist through the National Grants Management Association.
Kimberly Duvall provides financial oversight and ensures the foundation's budget is in line with its goals.
Kristen DeMara ensures the smooth operation of the board of directors and the effective governance of the organization.
Mary Cummings Denny ensures the foundation's goals are in line with the founding principles.

is a Statistical Data Analyst with over five years of professional analytical experience across the Health, Insurance, Government, and Finance sectors. Prior to joining the Cummings Foundation, she worked at Stanford University's Quantitative Sciences Unit, where she collaborated with clinical researchers and medical experts in a role that inspired her to spend the rest of her career in healthcare analytics. Driven by a passion for leveraging data for societal impact, Patricia is eager to contribute her expertise to advancing psychology and behavioral healthcare for the greater good. Patricia holds a Master's degree in Statistical Data Science from San Francisco State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Methods in Economics from Prague University of Economics and Business.
