Decadent Duck Charities was formed in 2016 after many years of fundraising without the advantages of a non-profit entity... Decadent Duck Charities Corp. was formed in 2016. After many successful years of fundraising for other organizations, Decadent Duck Events has formed our own charity in an effort to expand our fundraising efforts and increase our reach to those organizations who need our support... We believe in complete transparency when it comes to our non-profit status and our ongoing standing with the IRS and State Regulators.
