Dr. Eduard Ayuso is an expert in the field of gene therapy using viral vector platforms and serves as Chief Executive Officer at DiNAMIQS.
With more than 50 scientific publications and more than two decades of academic and industry consulting experience, Dr. Ayuso has made significant contributions to the field of in vivo gene transfer in small and large animal models of diseases, as well as AAV vector development and analytics.
He has served as Head of Innovative Vectorology at the French National Institute of Health and Medical Research (INSERM), and as the Scientific Director of the Translational Vector Core unit at University of Nantes.
Dr. Ayuso earned his PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and his DVM from Autonomous University of Barcelona.

Florian Leseigneur is a clinical pharmacologist with experience in process development, analytical characterization, and quality control of sterile pharmaceutical products. He serves as Head of Process Development at DiNAMIQS.
Dr. Leseigneur has served as a process development and viral vector senior scientist at several European companies including Cell & Gene Therapy Catapult and Celonic Group. He is specialized in the downstream processing of gene therapy products including lentiviral and AAV vectors.
He earned his PharmD from Paris Descartes University and MSc from Paris-Sud University.
Goutham Kumar Ganjam has deep experience designing and manufacturing AAV viral vectors for preclinical disease models. He serves as Head of Manufacturing at DiNAMIQS.
The author of more than 20 scientific publications, Dr. Ganjam worked at Philipps-University Marburg where he recently served as a principal investigator in the Clinic for Neurology and Department of Pharmacy, overseeing AAV based preclinical projects for central nervous system and metabolic disorders. As a member of the Center for Mind, Brain, and Behavior at Philipps-University Marburg, Dr. Ganjam worked on AAV based projects funded by ParkinsonFonds, Alzheimer Initiative, Röntgen-Behring, Deutcsche Forschungsgemeinshaft, Bundesministerium fur Bildung und Forschung, and Roche to advance the development of therapies for debilitating diseases.

Marco Wachowius serves as Head of Quality Control at DiNAMIQS.
Before joining DiNAMIQS, Dr. Wachowius served in several roles at Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing, a global network of GMP and GLP laboratories, including Site Manager and Head of Quality Control for a new laboratory in Switzerland. He has deep GMP quality control, method validation, laboratory set-up, and budget experience across the life sciences landscape.
He obtained a PhD in Biochemistry and MSc from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
Reto Wittwer has more than 25 years of professional experience as a CFO and as a tax adviser in the pharmaceutical industry. He serves as the Chief Financial Officer at DiNAMIQS.
Mr. Wittwer has advised biotechnology and specialty pharmaceutical companies in strategic financial and transaction matters including Sandoz North America (Vice President & CFO) and Novartis (Vice President and Global CFO, Novartis Institutes of Biomedical Research; Global Head of Taxes). He has also been a Co-founder, board member and CFO of multiple biotech ventures.
A Certified Tax Expert, Mr. Wittwer obtained a Master of Law from the University of Zurich and Executive M.B.L.-HSG from the University of St. Gallen.

Vincent Zuliani is an expert in the field of gene therapy with more than two decades of industry experience. He serves as Head of Business Development at DiNAMIQS.
Mr. Zuliani previously served as manager of the Gene Vector Production Network at Genethon and as a Business Development Director at GenoSafe.
He earned a MS in Applied Microbiology and Biology Engineering from Pierre and Marie Curie University (Paris - France).
