Mabel Pinto is a Capital Markets professional possessing around 25 year's multi- multi-faceted experience holding senior positions in financial markets covering stock markets and derivative exchanges in the UAE and India at the Self-Regulatory Organization(SRO) level. In the UAE, Ms. Pinto worked with Dubai Gold and Commodities Exchange (DGCX) and Dubai Clearing Corporation (DCCC), as the Head of Compliance and MLRO, Nasdaq Dubai -DIFC as the Senior Manager-Listings and The National Investor as investment Banker. During her tenure with DGCX and DCCC she was involved in making successful application to the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA/EMIR), Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), Singapore, Bank of England( BOE), UK and Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA)-DIFC, Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA)- ADGM, Securities Commodities Authority(SCA) in the UAE for exchanges and Clearing house recognition. Ms. Pinto served as a key regulatory liaison during her period in the respective organisations. At the Dexterity Consultants DMCC, Ms. Pinto is the principal regulatory and compliance consultant working closely with DMCC/SCA, DFSA/DIFC, SCA/mainland, FSRA/ADGM in ensuring that the Brokers and Fund managers, financial consultancy firms obtain the requisite regulatory license for carrying out the relevant activities in these jurisdictions.

Melwyn Pinto has around 20 years of experience in the banking, Insurance, Audit, and HR field. He worked with National Bank of Abudhabi, UAE and ICICI bank in India in Sales and Business Development. In addition, he worked with Audit and Insurance sectors in the UAE in Business Development team. At Dexterity Consultants DMCC, he specializes in business development across functions of the Firm. In addition, he provides recruitment assistance to Firms that are domiciled in the DMCC.

Ramesh has over 25 years' experience in the Banking and finance industry. He was the Head of Research at Allied Investment Partners PJSC. - a UAE-based Investment Banking Company, Director at Northcote Ventures and financial analyst at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi, UAE where he started a NBAD India Equity Fund and Structured Notes. He also worked in the authorisation team in Stock Exchange in India. . At Dexterity Management Consultancy he specializes in structuring and obtaining Fund Management/ Asset Management licenses for the Firm's clients. He currently sits on the board as Independent Non-Executive Director of some Fund Management Companies domiciled in the ADGM and DIFC.
