Alex West Steinman - Chief Strategy Officer

Alex has a diverse background in advertising, public relations, organizational leadership, team building, event planning, and project management. In 2017, Alex co-founded The Coven, a coworking community headquartered in St. Paul, MN with multiple locations across the region. The Coven is open to all, yet centers its inclusive design and programming centered on the experiences of women, non-binary, and trans people. Prior to this Alex spent nearly a decade in advertising and public relations in major agencies and as a senior communications strategist through an independent practice to help marginalized communities tell their stories. After the birth of her first child in 2014, she started a blog for working mothers called Strong Like Mama, documenting the ups, downs, and sideways of working parenthood. While telling stories has been an outlet for creativity, her life's work lies in building equitable spaces for diverse communities.

Charlie Haykel

Charlie Haykel leads DM.Experiential's efforts in expanding its footprint beyond DMP's legacy of live television events and entertainment programming. Leveraging DMP's deep experience in creating compelling narratives, Haykel and partners are working with brands, companies, organizations, and causes to bring their messages to life with experiential storytelling. They recently announced a partnership with The Smithsonian to produce "Our Shared Future: Reckoning with Our Racial Past," a powerful, interactive initiative that uses both live and virtual events to spotlight important perspectives and conversations on race and racism both within the United States and around the world. It is just one of several productions and campaigns DM.Experiential will launch starting this fall. At the same time, Haykel continues in his role leading DMP, where he is expanding the company into series development, and pioneering emerging technologies in storytelling. Under the guidance of Don Mischer, Haykel began his career in physical production working on shows as varied as "The Kennedy Center Honors," "The Emmy Awards," "Super Dave's Vegas Spectacular" and "The George & Alana show." He pivoted to creative producing, where his career flourished over the next 15 years as he collaborated in the producing of shows including "We Are One," the official kickoff to the Obama Inaugural (held at the Lincoln Memorial), five Emmy Award broadcasts (including the 2016 show starring Jimmy Kimmel), and the2011- 2013 Billboard Music Awards, which Haykel helped re-launch.In addition, he served as executive producer of the2011-2013 Oscars' "Red Carpet: Live," the official Academy Awards pre-show which he and his partner, Juliane Hare, successfully expanded from a 30-minute to 90-minute format. Haykel also produced the NBC series "The Singing Bee" and was producer on the Super Bowl XXXIX and XL Halftime Shows (Paul McCartney and the Rolling Stones), as well as the 2004 Democratic Convention. Additional producing credits include "Taking the Stage," the opening celebration for the Smithsonian's Museum of African American History & Culture; "Hilarity for Charity" with Seth Rogen for Netflix; and Billboard's "Women in Music". Haykel was also on the producing teams for the millennium documentary by Steven Spielberg, "The Unfinished Journey," and the independent feature "Bad City Blues."While an aversion to calculus led him into entertainment, Haykel is a fan of science and technology, photography, and shares a passion for sportscars with his son and hockey with his daughter.

Christopher Laue

Christopher Laue brings years of experience producing corporate and public experiences to DM.Experiential. Working with Haykel and Hare, Laue leads the company's production and commercial operations. Laue has developed and executed some of the world's highest profile public events, from the Super Bowl XXXI Halftime Show to the 2014 "Salvation Army International Congress" and the "Los Angeles Music Center's 50th Anniversary Spectacular." In between, he produced an impressive number of opening and closing ceremonies, including those for the 1999 Special Olympics World Summer Games, the 2000 Winter Goodwill Games, the Salt Lake 2002 Paralympic Winter Games (for which he received a Daytime Emmy nomination), the Athens 2004 Olympic Games, the Rio 2007 Pan American Games, and the Veracruz 2014 Central American and Caribbean Games. Additionally, Laue served as the Creative Producer and Director for "LiveCity Vancouver," the City's Live Sites for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, as well as Joint Chief Operating Officer of London 2012 Ceremonies Limited, the production company that delivered the Ceremonies of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Most recently he served as Executive Producer for the 2021 ABA Washington Summit, the 2020 Atlantic Festival, the 2019 Tournament of Roses Parade Opening Spectacular and Grand Finale, the Mazda 2022 National Dealer Meeting, the Mazda 2018 Grassroots Tour, the 2016-2020 Mazda Dealer Brand Summits, the Invictus Games Orlando 2016 Opening and Closing Ceremonies, and the Lima 2019 Handover Segment at the Toronto 2015 Pan American Games.

As Talent Executive, Heatherhas worked with the DM.Experiential team, on multiple experiences including the BMW Z3 Roadster Launch program, the Super Bowl XXXI Halftime Show, the Special Olympics World Summer Games Opening and Closing Ceremonies, the Salt Lake 2002 Paralympic Winter Games Ceremonies, the Invictus Games Orlando 2016 Opening and Closing Ceremonies, PLANET HOME and the 2019 Tournament of Roses Parade Opening Spectacular and Grand Finale. Additionally, from 2007- 2015 she chaired events for the Hermosa Beach Historical Society and the HBEF as well as special events to raise funds and save programs for public schools, for non-profit events and corporate fundraisers for The Boys and Girls Clubs.

John Weiner

He has worked primarily in product development, marketing/brand management, market research, and strategic planning. Juliane Hare

Hare received a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Children's Series as a producer of the PBS series "From the Top at Carnegie Hall." Julianne Hare works alongside her fellow Partners in growing the company's business beyond entertainment programming and live events into new sectors like experiential storytelling and marketing. At DMP, Hare has worked on some of the world's largest events, including the Salt Lake City Olympic Ceremonies, the Opening Ceremonies of the Special Olympics in Shanghai, and Super Bowls XXXIX, XL, and XLI Pre-Game and Halftime Shows. Her recent credits include "Hilarity for Charity with Seth Rogen and Brené Brown: The Call to Courage," "Mickey's 90th Birthday Spectacular," and "Billboard Women in Music. "Other producer credits include The Primetime Emmy Awards, Billboard Music Awards, Comedy Awards, "Taking the Stage: African American Music & Stories that Changed America," "James Taylor: One Man Band, Fashion Rocks," and Movies Rocks. Keith Davenport

Keith is a highly respected entertainment, marketing, messaging and event professional having produced events, entertainment spectaculars, and corporate meetings around the globe. Olympic Ceremonies, Half Time Shows, Parades, Pan American Ceremonies and Special Olympic World Games Ceremonies; each of these have delivered emotional and memorable experiences for millions around the world. Leading events and teams globally on the 2007 Pan American Games Opening and Closing Ceremonies, Rio de Janeiro's bid for the 2016 Olympic Games, and Réveillon 2010, at Copacabana Beach he understands issue resolution. During the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Winter Games, he served as an Associate Producer of "LiveCity Vancouver", the Olympic Live Sites in Downtown Vancouver, which attracted over a million spectators. In 2011 Keith also led the team as Director of Operations for the Pan American Games Opening and Closing Ceremonies in Guadalajara, Mexico. Keith served as Planning Director of Operations and the Production Executive of the Opening and Closing Ceremonies for the 2014 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games in Sochi, Russia; and served as a Consulting Producer for the Doha Film Institute's International Film Festival. He served as Vice President, Opening and Closing Ceremonies for the Toronto 2015 Pan / ParaPan American Games and Vice President, Invictus Games Orlando 2016. Kristina Pupo

Nancy is skilled in managing guest experience and logistics, vendor and venue sourcing, budgeting, and contract negotiations. In recent years, she has transitioned certain elements of these thought leadership events to virtual platforms in order to help clients continue their global engagements. Most recently, Nancy has produced bespoke thought leadership summits for C-level technology executives at major sporting events including, Formula 1 Monaco, Formula 1 Austin, Formula 1 Silverstone, Formula 1 Singapore, Formula E New York, Kentucky Derby, Wimbledon, French Open and the U.S. Open.

Noah Mitz
