DO DRESSAGE - Key Persons
Since retiring, Kate manages all aspects of DO Dressage, from day-to-day running of the company, yard and team to projects and strategy. She is the 'eyes on the ground' for Maria between training and helps her maintain focus. And also drives the horsebox!
Kate's background is in academia where she worked as a researcher and lecturer in the UK, USA and Switzerland. She left academia to practice psychotherapy and worked as a specialist psychotherapist for an NHS provider before retiring in 2021. She says she has never been so busy as since she retired!
