Dr. David Doriscar is the founder and President of Doriscar Academy Preparatory School. Dr.David Doriscar is also the CEO of Doriscar Capital Group, a financial firm that helps to source funding to real estate investors and Businesses from small projects to North of 100 million nation-wide. After completing a B.S degree in Computer Information System, Dr. Doriscar continued his quest for knowledge by getting a Master of Business Administration that help him get his foot into the financial industry. Dr. David Doriscar worked as a series three licensed commodity broker and worked his way up to becoming the managing partner of the commodity investment firm. Dr.Doriscar spent about a decade in an administrative leadership role in an academic setting. Dr. Doriscar treasures his time working in academia due to the many opportunities he had to help adult learners looking to change careers and better themselves through education. Dr. Doriscar completed several additional educational endeavors at the graduate level before going back to school for his Doctorate degree in Leadership and Management at St. Thomas University. Dr.Doriscar was raised in a community active family. Being the son of a preacher that did great financial literacy programs for his congregation, Dr. David felt the call to continue the legacy of his late father by helping to strengthen the growth of the church and community-based activities. In his quest to continue sharpening his skills to serve the community as previously mentioned Dr. Doriscar decided to work in academia. In his role as a graduate admission adviser and eventually a student success manager Dr. Doriscar has had the privilege to help individuals looking to change careers and better themselves through education. In his role in the graduate department, he has enrolled hundreds of students in diverse graduate programs to help lift themselves to a better future. During this time Dr.Doriscar has sought to further equip himself with further education earning a post graduate certificate in applied behavior analysis and a graduate certificate in Human Resource. Succeeding the previous mentioned studies Dr. Doriscar receive his Doctor of Education in Leadership and Management. After some time, Dr.Doriscar resigned at Kaplan University and started Doriscar Capital Group to help businesses received the adequate funding that may not be readily available through traditional banking measures ( www.doriscarcapital.com ). Dr.Doriscar is a proud member of the Golden Key Honor Society and is part of many professional associations like Organizational Behavior Management, Academy of Management, and the Society for Human Resource. Dr. Doriscar has founded the nonprofit organization LSC Community Center where he has partnered with Universities, Faith-based communities, and other nonprofit entrepreneurial organizations to hold Career Symposiums within the community. After careful contemplation, LSC Community Center submitted for a name change to Doriscar Academy Preparatory School to indicate the change from a supportive educational provider to a front-line educational institution beginning from kindergarten and the subsequent grades. Dr.Doriscar has made several presentations, and television and radio interviews. Just to name a few, Dr.David was interviewed on a Bloomberg syndicated radio show Crime Time with Dr.Debbie about financial crimes and funding, Spring 2020 . For over 10 years, she ran a tutoring program for LSC Community Center now named Doriscar Academy Preparatory to educate students in the inner-city area and teach English to English as Second Language learners. She also coordinates different programs to give away turkey and food to the less fortunate and the homeless. Dr. Cadeau has managed and operated the Lively Stone Church of Miami daily operation for over 20 years. Directs the development of the church to ensure future growth. Since Covid, she runs the church social media page and online prayer line. On a personal note, she is the proud mother of a College Student name Moses.

Lady Vania Doriscar

Lady Vania Doriscar is an educator whose experience allowed her to bring unparalleled student success in the classroom in the public, private and faith-based educational institutions. Lady Vania Doriscar is also the first lady of the Lively Stone Church of Miami. Lady Vania Doriscar has started many programs like an educational summer program at Norland Methodist Preschool. Her fun educational plan is recognized by her ability to get many of her 4-year-old students, reading, adding, and having an ability to tell time at the end of the school year. Her experience and impact ranged from her time at Nova Southeastern preschool, Liberty Academy, Biscayne Gardens Elementary School and Lakeview Elementary School. Her expertise in education, technology especially the Social Media aspects has enabled her to be a difference maker in many different industries. She graduated from North Miami Senior High School and completed her Bachelors in Elementary Education with a specialization in ESOL from St. Thomas University. There was a commendation given to Lady Vania Doriscar by the commissioner of Miami Commissioner Monestine, and Dade County School Board Member Dr.Steve Gallon III for her contributions in the community. Due to this honor November 14 was declared Lady Vania Doriscar day in Miami Dade county.
