So, it was settled. Everyone was on board and for the first time in a long time, we were genuinely excited for our future. The next step was to select a breed. This was an easy choice to make once we started working with Australian Labradoodles. We wanted a dog that checked all of the boxes, but more so, we wanted one that we could love. Never did we expect how quickly she would love us. With my husbands cancer now in remission, the future looks bright here at downwithdoodles!... These last few years have been a rollercoaster for our little family. In 2020, my husband was diagnosed with cancer, so I knew there would be a disruption with our ability to earn an income. Being that we have four kids who are all still in school and who are all actively involved in sports, I knew that my options would be limited with regards to how much time I could spend outside the home. On top of all of this, our eldest son, Takai, has Down syndrome and isn't able to be at home on his own... We believe..
