Andy Wycherly

A Certified Public Accountant and partner in Palfreyman & Associates, Andy is an integral part of the foundation's fund-raising and distribution efforts. When Andy is not using his Masters of Accountancy from Brigham Young University to advise Brad Duke and the Duke Family Foundation, he enjoys coaching youth sports. He and his wife, Angie, both native Idahoans, are raising four children.

Betty Duke

Brad Duke

Brad is the third of four Duke children. A year-round athlete at Salmon High School, Brad went on to compete in track and field at Boise State University where he was a decathlete during the celebrated Dan vs. Dave era. After graduating from BSU with a BS in Kinesiology, Brad spent 10 years in the fitness industry running the personal training and group exercise departments for several large organizations. Brad founded the Duke Family Foundation in 2007 after a financial windfall from winning the Powerball lottery in mid-2005. He is often considered the model for successful lottery winners. Brad has a son, Kyle, who lives in the Denver area.

Bryan Palfreyman

Bryan is a Certified Public Accountant, an attorney, and a business advisor to Brad Duke. He is the owner of Palfreyman and Associates, PLLC. When Bryan is not advising clients in tax law, real estate investment and wealth management he and his wife are busy with five boys.

Edward Moore

The CEO and Founding Partner of 116 & West, a full-service advertising agency headquartered in downtown Boise, Edward helped Brad found and develop the mission of the Duke Family Foundation. Edward also serves on the Bishop Kelly Foundation, is the chair of the University of Idaho College of Arts Letters and Social sciences advisory board, serves on the board of directors of CATCH and Teach for America Idaho. He is the past president of the Boise Ad Federation, the Children's Home Society of Idaho, Entrepreneurs' Organization Idaho, Sales and Marketing Executives of Idaho and Crane Creek Country Club. He is a recipient of the American Advertising Federation Silver Medal Award. Edward and his wife, Traci, have two teenagers, Olivia and Dominic.

Jay Bates

John A. Grizzaffi

Johnny joined the Duke Family Foundation board in 2011 after successfully converting the Idaho Golf Classic to the Windfall Classic, the foundation's annual golf event. He is a staple of the Boise business community having recently retired from a 25-year career leading Stein Distributing Company. Johnny serves on the St. Luke's Children's Advisory Board, the Boise State College of Business and Economics Advisory Board and the Boise State University Foundation. John has two grown daughters and a son Jack who is a freshman at Bishop Kelly High School.

John Hile Duke - Chairman

Patriarch of the Duke family, John is a native Idahoan raised in Victor, ID at the base of the Teton Mountains. He joined the Navy in 1960 and was stationed on the USS Edson in the Gulf of Tonkin where engagement with the North Vietnamese led the US to more direct involvement in the Vietnam War. After the Navy, Hile spent a 49-year career in Salmon, ID with Farm Bureau Insurance - or as an FBI Agent as he likes to say. An accomplished bowler, Hile has several State Championships to his name. Hile and his wife of 60 years, Betty, have four children, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Patti Duke

The youngest of the Duke siblings and the only girl, Patti Duke is the branch manager of WaFd Bank in Ketchum, ID serving the Wood River Valley. Prior to joining the Duke Family Foundation as a founding member, Patti was a young mother raising a daughter on her own. She and her daughter relied on the assistance offered by the very programs and organizations the foundation seeks to support and help fund. Patti is an active volunteer in the Wood River Valley communities and when she isn't recreating in the Sawtooth mountains with her furry friend, she is spending time with her daughter and two grandchildren.

Todd Duke

Todd lives in Salmon, ID where he works for the Bureau of Land Management. With a 20-year career in the construction business including 15 as a contactor, Todd was instrumental in oversite of the renovation of the Salmon High School track and field complex and football field and early Duke Family Foundation effort. Todd and his wife of 30 years, Dianna, have two children McKenzie and Michael. In their free time, Todd and his family enjoy spending time outdoors - hunting, fishing and riding UTV's.

Lyman Belnapis an Idaho native and a founding member of the Duke Family Foundation. Lyman is the owner of Belnap Legal, PLLC which provides highly responsive and exceptional legal services in international law, real estate, business, estate planning and family law. He and his wife of 50 years, Nancy, are the parents of six children and 23 grandchildren! Lyman was raised on a farming homestead to which he longs to return
