Ahmar has been with Omega Engineering since 2016, when he joined the organization as a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Since then, Ahmar has played a key role in turning intelligence into innovation into profitability, currently leading the Omega Engineering Temperature Product Management and Global Pricing & Commercial Analytics teams - most recently in the development of patent-pending technologies that make high-accuracy non-invasive temperature measurement possible. Throughout a successful and storied career spanning startups to Fortune 500 companies, Ahmar has made his livelihood solving complex business problems for companies and customers alike. Ahmar holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting from Xavier and a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences, International Studies, from Ohio State University. Ahmar loves traveling to new cities with beautiful architecture and is a big THE Ohio State University Buckeyes fan!

Ameera Shah

Ameera is a Temperature Product Manager at Omega Engineering. Ameera graduated from the University of Akron with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a MBA from the University of Delaware. Prior to joining Omega, Ameera worked as a Product Marketing Engineer and Process Quality Manager for an industrial sensor company, as a Business Analyst in the finance industry, and as a Quality Engineer for the aerospace industry. Joining Omega as a Product Manager, Ameera is focused on portfolio optimization and maintenance, web content, marketing of new product launches, and working on commercial marketing efforts with distributors and system integrators to help drive new and existing product sales.

Cyrus Graduated from The Ohio State University with a BSME, and a Masters in Engineering Management from Russ College of Engineering and tech - Ohio University. Cyrus lives with his wife Dana and two children in Columbus Ohio and loves traveling to different parts of the world with them. Cyrus always likes to try new things and find ways to be creative, from making costumes for his kids to building a Deck in the backyard.
