This section introduces you to the Empowering Communities (EC) programme. It provides an overview of the offer of support available, the delivery partners, our partnership team and how we are working to ensure we deliver the impact needed by Norfolk's Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector... The programme is delivered by a partnership of organisations, each with a long track record of providing support to the sector. We can help you access the offer and the wider support offer available through the partnership (which isn't part of this commissioned programme). We can also signpost you to other support services and resources available.
