EASTSIDE

The Eastside Power Authority is a California Joint Powers Authority and Local Regulatory Authority formed under Irrigation District Law set forth in Division 11 (commencing with Section 20500) of the Water Code. It is comprised of five Irrigation and Water Districts and started operations in 1998 under the California Direct Access regulations and the Energy Policy Act of 1992.
