President and Chief Operating Officer as President/CEO, Mr. Calvin Mayo is responsible for leading ECVM in its effort to provide critical services to government and private sector customers. Calvin leads ECVM in creating, planning, implementing and integrating the strategic direction of the company. He works with all levels of management to coordinate the technical, financial and organizational activities. Calvin has more than 25 years of professional experience in logistics, management, acquisition support, and land acquisition process and consulting. Calvin has spent 23 years in the U.S. Army, with a Communication and Information Technology background, with a focus on Project Management and Logistics Management. He received a Master Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business in Washington, D.C. Following his retirement from the Army, Calvin has served 15 years with the U.S. Department of Defense on several major programs and certified..
