At The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC or the company), the health and wellbeing of our employees continues to be a top priority. One of the ways we are upholding this commitment is through the ELC Cares Employee Relief Fund (ELC Cares Fund), created to support our employees when they need it most. Through ELC charitable contributions and matches, as well as employee donations, the ELC Cares Fund provides immediate and critical financial relief to employees impacted by catastrophic disasters, personal disasters, and personal hardships (including COVID-19).
