With a Bachelor's degree in comparative literature and further training from the Publishing Training Centre (UK), I have been proofreading and editing since 2019 in both English and German. I've worked on countless academic papers, novels and non-fiction such as self-help, memoirs, historical books and cookbooks... Alongside my love of reading, I've also always had a passion for food, which has been increasing steadily over the last few years. When I got the opportunity to work on some recipe books, I realised that this would be a perfect way to bring my biggest passions together.
