A facility evaluation starts where the raw materials arrive and continues through all processes until the product is loaded onto containers. Products are audited for conformance to specifications. The result of an evaluation is an action plan for improvement or a recommendation to move production to another facility. Ed works with organizations to reduce operating costs while improving customer satisfaction. He has worked with diverse industries, focusing his clients' business processes on serving the customer. As service improves, costs decreases-a win-win for all. Ed had an extensive corporate career, most recently as a Director of Quality Assurance for May Department Stores, where he designed, implemented and managed a quality process that extended globally from the supplier to the customer.
